Heavy Bottom Sludge
Years of paraffin, asphaltenes, and mineral solids accumulate into dense bottom sludge that requires mechanical breakdown before it can be pumped. The Eliminator and Cyclone are purpose-built to fracture and liquefy it.
ACS tools are designed to work together. For a typical crude-oil storage cleanout, the Cyclone suspends the bottoms, the Eliminator breaks down hardened sludge into pumpable slurry, and the Orbiter works underneath the floating roof for access to trouble areas.
Every ACS tool on site ties back to Overseer 3D (on a laptop) or Overseer Mobile (on a tablet or phone). Operators see a live digital twin of the tank, program cleaning patterns to match tank geometry and debris zones, and capture timestamped video for inspection and QA/QC records.
